above the fireplace, where does the cable box go so you can still use the remote?
Is it safe to have a TV over a natural wood-burning fireplace?
on the fireplace and what technique is used in painting it?
are those custom built-ins flanking the fireplace?
with the fireplace? Thanks in advance!
burning fireplace, so very little heat will rise from the fireplace opening. Practically all heat produce by this type of fireplace is radiant heat, which travels as sub-visible light in all directions into the room.
If you have conservative fires and only occasionally, it is unlikely that you will ever
use the fireplace day and night continuously, there may be a problem, as radiant heat warms up the entire wall.
The worst case scenario is with an unvented gas fireplace, which produces almost nothing but convective heat. I've seem a TV melt over an unvented fireplace . . .
