raised portion is generally about 6" higher than the countertop or 42". The depth of the raised counter varies depending on space. You need a minimum 12" overhang for dining (16-18" is preferable).

for the delay in getting back! This floor is a Porcelain tile called "Arpa Star Rust" in the following four (4) different sizes: 19”x 19”, 12” x 19”, 12” x 12”, and 6” x 6”.
Porcelain tile called "Arpa Star Rust" in the following four (4) different sizes: 19”x 19”, 12” x 19”, 12” x 12”, and 6” x 6”.
Use of 12x12, 18x12, and 6x6 tile all combined. Breaks up the grout lines and doesn't make it look look
doors, lighting. Would not lower the bar height for the eating area.
This idea might work better for me. Have the work space extra high, then drop the eating area! Still tall enough for tall bar stools though?

Hi Pam, the tile is 3x6, and the bottom is 2x2 mesh which comes on 12x12 sheets. Your installer would just cut down the 12x12 sheets into two rows each. Yes, the natural stone will have a great deal of variation to the color. Another stone to check out is Onyx café Tuacca by Stone Solutions San Antonio
used in this picture. Also it looks like it has different colors than just one. To me it looks like bricks but the only sizes I can find are 6 1/2 X 6 1/2, 6 x 13, 13 x 13 and 20 x 20. Can you tell me what size was used in this kitchen? The color of Oro has different shades of color in it? I am attaching
00, but please keep in mind, this was four years ago and this home did have cabinets in the following rooms; kitchen, master bathroom, gameroom. wet bar, study, and four secondary bathooms.
