Where do you buy the rosemary willow in los angeles ca?
Hello there, I'm unsure about the reference to "rosemary willow". The plant that is an upright rosemary, is Rosmarinus 'Tuscan blue'. It's very available at almost any retail nursery, like armstrongs.

Looks like willow to me! I have a willow screen on the top of one of my pergolas...very cheap (about £10 for 3 metres x 1 metre), it provides privacy, lets a lot of light through and even to some degree shelters whatever is underneath from the rain. Pretty handy in the UK lol
