What kind of roof and color is it? Price compared to cedar shake
would be significantly higher than shake although the install would be comparable. your roof framing would need to account for the weight of the stone shingle.

Was wondering what shingle this is? Also wondering about the paint colors on the house.
They are Elk architectural shingles - color Antique Slate This home was built in late 2007. In 2007 Elk and GAF merged, but were still running separate brand lines. Now GAF and Elk shingles are basically one in the same.
