mark on homes I design, especially for my favorite clients!!! I started out as an artist painting, so often my projects get one-of's... You can mimic it! My advice is to show this pic to an artist or faux-finisher in your area. I am sure they can help you emulate this look!

larger homes. Flat roofs were more common in Spanish bungalows and were influenced by simple colonial homes. Unlike the builders of the elaborate mission churches, colonial settlers had fewer resources, so their homes often had flat roofs, mud plaster walls and vigas (wooden beams) on the ceiling

required a new structural beam for support. Like the rest of the additions to the home, it's unapologetically modern. All the original beams in this guest bedroom were stained and sealed to emphasise the home's architecture. Neutral materials and earth tones work well with the modern clean lined furniture

buying a new home and get to pick out brand new floors to install! The home is mediterranean/spanish style and I'm trying to figure out which flooring option will best tie in and enhance the homes architectural style. Ruled out carpet due to allergies- so I was looking into laminate/wood or tile as an option
of this home. The color varies quite a bit. It would be best to find someone in your area that sells antique limestone flooring or find new and specify "pillowed" limestone. These floors have radiant heat so they are never cold.

house was decorated specifically for the Kaleidoscope of Homes show. As such, many of the furnishings and decorations were on temporary loan from several sources, and they went back to the store after the show was over. I do not have the specific information as to where the chairs in question came from.
would be new to me, but I like it.
I like the Spanish style of the arch doorways, the colors of brown, orange, red, and hit of green. A warm tone of colors. The chandelier is a little naked and the door sitting on the mantle, that would be new to me, but I like it.
