are needs - plan on building 8 sections 4' long benches that will hide our cushions - scheduled to start this spring and finish by Thanksgiving. Big project. Your design will be able to see our 24' creek and pond which is 18 feet below. Thanks again.
certainty; the documents on file seem to be an earlier draft than what was built. However I'm pretty sure that's a 36" rail. Good luck with your project!
