Can you tell me what the yellow and green striped plant is in the back

Great Perennial Plant. Survives in North Texas zone 7. I like
with flagstone in the crevice areas. It compacts nicely and neatly. Some landscapers use a stabilizing material to make it even more firm.

Echeveria. The tall blooming plants are Cotyledon orbiculata rubromarginata. And the large plant is Agave attenuata. The palm plant in the background is Chamaerops
