The interior of the floor is made from Portuguese Limestone tiles with a honed finish. The tiles are customized before-hand to fit the size and shape of the room. The lined border pieces are cut from slabs at the fabrication studio using computerized bridge saws to ensure a perfect cut and fit. The

above pictured window, would obviously be less common, but probably not a "custom" window. Although it could be. So to answer your question, it depends on the size of the current opening, and if you are willing to pay for a custom or special order if a window manufacturer doesn't sell them "off the shelf"
Before you approve a special order, especially for windows and doors, have someone else familiar with the job look over the order. You can't send a custom door back because you didn't notice they got the door swing wrong or because the window is designed for 2-by-4 walls, not 2-by-6.
