Love the backsplash. Can you tell me who makes the tile? Thank you!
We're renovating a galley kitchen in an old house and want the cook to be able to enjoy conversation
What color are the kitchen cabinets?
I have just discovered your question. In case it is still relevant, the tiles are by tierrayfuego.
Like this little blast of tile, maybe we could do this in our little pantry kitchen.
red galley kitchen, black appliances, tile backsplash
All of the tile in the home is sourced from a manufacturer in Mexico. Svoboda-Spanbock arranged the kitchen tiles in an alternating pattern, giving the backsplash a customized look.

This is a close-up of the Viking professional range installed in a Spanish bungalow kitchen. The backsplash is composed of hand-made Malibu tile in custom colors designed for the client. Tiles continue around a pair of corner windows. Oak cabinetry built by contractor Dave Berry. Photo by Harry Chamberlain
Love the painted and tiled hood above stove. Where can I get one?
Thank you. This hood was custom-built for the client. The tiles are handmade California Malibu Tile, in custom colors. To make a custom hood you buy the hood insert and have a contractor build a hood around the insert. Hope this helps!

Hi! I love this design. Can you share a source for the floor tiles?
Look up Rustico Tile and Stone, we're probably ordering hex manganese from them soon.
Saltillo Tile Calgary has these Terracotta Hex tiles. We are in Canada though so there are freight and customs charges. 403-287-2100

I love the way the tile playfully goes to the vent.
The tile under the range is a very nice modern touch indeed to add to the cabin feel. Great work!
I like the look of this kitchen, maybe more colorful Mexican tile instead.
Small functional kitchen but looks beautiful abmnd big
Hood and tile are super cool. David agrees in principal.
I like the feel of this kitchen.
Perhaps your bold move is to use patterns in unconventional ways. Check out the amazing backsplash in this modern-rustic kitchen. The tile is bold and modern in black and white, but the pattern references the quilts of Amish and Mennonite communities. What a unique mix of styles!

The clients wanted to open the space up, while retaining the ability to eat in the kitchen, and give it a fresh feeling more in keeping with the architecture of the house. Photo by Lincoln Barbour.
What are the kitchen counter tops made of, please?
what are the floors? tile? thanks.
I ordered some cement tile similar to this from Granada Tile but was unable to use it (change of plan!). It's the Badajoz design in black and white like the one in this kitchen: http://www.jhinteriordesign.com/alhambra-kitchen/ Granada Tile will sell it to you for less than I paid
These tiles were sold. But my experience with Granada was very positive and I would order from them again. (We got some other cement tiles from them and they look great.)
