Go to your local building supply store and ask for their best "design/carpenter"...or ask if they offer design services. Most have someone, they are very inexpensive and usually very good. Work them to make sure the plans the draw up for you are what you want....and make sure you understand them completely
completely. They will also provide you with a list of supplies needed for your project and the cost of the materials. Then you can get competitive quotes from their top carpenters. Hope that helps you...I've had to do this myself to get what I want...Also make sure you keep an eye on your project

What is that tall plant behind the chair?
The large plant is a papyrus (Cyperus papyrus).
Appears to be Terra Cotta - I'd start by taking a trip to your local garden supply center (not a national chain) and let them know what you're looking for.
That is a papyrus plant. It does like plenty of water, so place it as an accent and near other plants that can tolerate the same moisture levels.
