Could you please tell me what the ceiling color is and what the paint brand name is you used?
If your trim and doors are STAIN GRADE then you can stain them, if not you must paint them. In terms of a paint color, it all depends on the overall feeling of your home.
In terms of the pub table however, that is a private label line.

what pool tile did you use?
Looks great....did you use grout in the coping?
What is the name of the coping used on the pool?
budget. They're good at getting in as much off your wants as possible. Splurge on important things so they last a long time. As long as you have a long term plan you can also do your project at different times to help spread out your budget to get more. Good luck!
On the inside the pool edge we used travertine squares.
We used Western Pavers in the San Diego area. They were great throughout the entire process. And yes as charottend commented, the pavers are Belgard Dublin
