if not you must paint them. In terms of a paint color, it all depends on the overall feeling of your home.

Hmmm.. You are using some terms there I am not familiar with. Assuming "plot area" means lot size,
color they choose was called "cappuccino". I'm not sure if that was a generic term by that particular stucco contractor or if it's a universal color name.
