These windows are called "fixed field stop" windows because they're just a pane of insulated glass set between wood stops. They're also called "clerestory" windows in general.
The red doors go really well with MCM homes. You can find original Eichler "accent" colors on the Eichler Network site, where they also have "body" colors as well
