subway tile in matte finish provide subtle, rustic texture to the vanity wall. A wall-to-wall mirror helped expand the tiny bathroom, while the Carrara marble brought a classic, yet rustic texture to the room. Photography: Photo Designs by Odessa
what does a slab of real italian carrara marble cost
we're doing some remodeling and were surprised to know we had to purchase a slab - so now we're thinking we may want to use the marble elsewhere
White Carrara Marble will run you between 75-90 a square foot installed all said and done, but that will vary depending on the project. The price of slab is irrelevant since you need it cut and installed.
Black marble - like floor -- or gray?

grout lines to prevent slipping in a shower. I recently completed a bathroom (see Madison Park - Seattle) where I used 1x1 hexagon shaped marble tile on the floor. Marble is so smooth that larger tile sizes are not recommended for floors. The hexagon tiles are just fine (and so pretty!). Thx.
