Hi, Thanks for your question about the floor at our Lake Forest Park project. The floor is concrete, witha custom-colored veneer finish coat using a product called Milestone. Don Miles was a Seattle-based artisan, and he invented Milestone. This floor was installed by Kolden Specialty Finishes
question about the interior wood paneling at our Lake Forest Park project. The wood is vertical grain Douglas Fir, custom milled 1x3 tongue and groove. We use a special stain to give the wood a lighter tone and fight the orange color that develops in fir over time. Good luck with your project! --Nils Finne
