what kind of wood did you use on the patio and stairs?
The wood here is Cumaru - a tropical hardwood not unlike Ipe, but more honey-toned in color. Here, we finished it with an oil finish that will be reapplied occasionally. Without oiling the wood will turn a soft silvery gray.

been adjustments in the field, so I cannot confirm 100%. The best thing to do is get your species of wood and do finish samples until you are happy with the outcome. If you are using different wood species, it may look different.
Love the charcoal look and the wooden deck (could maybe be a bit more newish or quality wood looking like the wood on the chairs).
