I love this mix of planted and raised. The rosemary is evergreen, so in winter, this would still be pretty!

Is this kind of plant will grow in hot country....
I guess the plant will grow on the Philippines too. The problem is that you need too keep them cool for several weeks to force the bulbs to produce a flower. Have a look at https://www.oldhousegardens.com/ForcingBulbs.aspx for instructions. Maybe you can put them in the refrigerator.
