concrete block wall extends from the interior (family room) to the exterior as a screen wall. This wall is 5 feet from the property line so the extension of this wall to the exterior not only pulls the outdoors in but also screens the large glass wall from the neighbors yard.
doors were built to match home ;s front screen and home;s siding to create a wall
carport for their motorcycles while still staying true to the home's design. The couple increased a storage area by 6 feet, built doors to match the home's front "screen" door and repurposed the home's siding to create a wall.

Is this "screen door" custom made? I love it!
Yes, the homeowner made this door. He has a profile on Houzz, Scott Faulkner Designs, if you'd like to contact him for more information.
The front door, with circular holes -- a kind of screen door, to allow air to flow.
instead of holes, painted black circles on front door poolhouse.
door is 3/4 plywood with holes cut out. door is used as a screen door

3/4 inch board of fir plywood for screen door
this is a really fun entryway, the door is theatrical and reminds me of a 'shoot-out' in a gangster movie
wood siding, cement pavers and blocks, glass, river rocks and playful shadows created by open roofing. The homeowners created their own version of a screen door — a 3/4-inch board of fir plywood painted and dotted with circular cutouts.

South Canyon: Colorful Modern Mix
Th Sliding door was another designer find. While not original to the home, they do have a period feel. The Moroccan-inspired pattern is a remnant from a former retail display. The wood trim and header are new and all finished to match.
Wooden screen to hide bar innards.
Change color but cool closet door
what about as the door between den and
Screen possibly add fabric to it.
door area and hallway next to it
The idea of using a sliding door that's see through is another way to semi-conceal the bar. Could use something more industrial as door, perhaps.

A glimpse into the space...
Where can I purchase a door like this?

This is a custom designed door that I created for my client.
love this door, possibly something to use in bathroom !!!!!
Great design - certainly a custom door
interior door for powder room, translucent
In a hallway: When I interviewed this designer, she said this door used to be a depressing metal one, which made the entryway to the apartment very dark. She replaced it with this custom made, Asian-inspired door.
The original kitchen door was cumbersome metal; the new one is custom and lets natural light into the entry hall. Sometimes it's actually hard to find that perfect paint shade of white. The unit is painted in "Marscapone" AF-20 from the Benjamin Moore Affinity collection, which is Kristen's favorite
