It's about 4'6 to the bottom of the top bunk, so there would definitely be room for a dresser. Don't know about a desk, but if it was for a child, it may work, depending on the age and height of the child.

Hi, Thanks for your question about our Port Ludlow house. The interior IPE floor has a clear finish. We generally use BONA Kemi Traffic waterborne finish, which I believe we also used here.
The ceiling height in the main living space varies from about 11-ft to about 14-ft.
