We have a very similar project that we are about to work on. We do not stucco on the walls, but stone with parging (similar). I have heard to use milk paint to allow the walls to "breathe", but see that you used a waterproofing sealer (white?). Also

Loft-Like Basement Renovation

idea for the main area when you come down to the basement. there could be a pool table/some sort of game table, and a table with some chairs on one side. any other empty wall can be covered with art pieces.
