We Feng Shui'ed and designed this suite for 2 lucky girls in Winchester, MA. Although the home is a classic 1930s Colonial, we did the girls' space in a fresh, modern, dramatic way. They love it!

Designed to stay clutter free, the shower features a built in recessed niche & a large bench seat, to organize the homeowners shower products. The two person shower outfitted with 3 showering components, encourages shared time. Showering configurations invite the owners to enjoy personalized spa settings together, including a ceiling mounted rain shower head, & a multi- functional shower head and handheld with a pivot for precise positioning. Vertical wall tiles mixed with blue glass mosaic tiles create visual interest. The pebble floor not only feels amazing underfoot but adds an unexpected twist to this modern downtown retreat.

Renovisions received a request from these homeowners to remodel their existing master bath with the design goal: a spa-like environment featuring a large curb-less shower with multiple showerheads and a linear drain. Accessibility features include a hand-held showerhead mounted on a sliding bar with separate volume controls, a large bench seat in Blue Pearl granite and a decorative safety bar in a chrome finish. Multiple showerheads accommodated our clients ranging heights and requests for options including a more rigorous spray of water to a soft flow from a ceiling mounted rain showerhead. The various sprays provide a full luxury shower experience. The curb-less Schluter shower system incorporates a fully waterproof and vapor tight environment to ensure a beautiful, durable and functional tiled shower. In this particular shower, Renovisions furnished and installed an elegant low-profile linear floor drain with a sloped floor design to enable the use of the attractive large-format (17” x 17”) Carrera-look porcelain tiles. Coordinating Carrera-look porcelain tiles with a band of color and shower cubby in Blue Pearl granite tie in with the color of the tile seat and ledge. A custom frameless glass shower enclosure with sleek glass door handles showcases the beautiful tile design. Replacing the existing Corian acrylic countertops and integrated sinks with granite countertops in Blue Pearl and rectangular under mount porcelain sinks created a gorgeous, striking contrast to the white vanity cabinetry. The widespread faucets featuring crystal handles in a chrome finish, sconce lighting with crystal embellishments and crystal knobs were perfect choices to enhance the elegant look for the desired space. After a busy day at work, our clients come home and enjoy a renewed, more open sanctuary/spa-like master bath and relax in style.

The custom built vanity is wall-mounted (floating) with a 3 inch thick mitered countertop edge. The shower glass is mounted using U-channels rather than clamps to create a cleaner, seamless look. The shower tile continues outside the shower and runs around the vanity and the mirror. The mirror is mounted on plywood and thus appears to float above the tile.

This modern bathroom design in Cohasset is a striking, stylish room with a Tedd Wood Luxury Line Cabinetry Monticello door style vanity in a vibrant blue finish with black glaze that includes both open and closed storage. The cabinet finish is beautifully contrasted by an Alleanza Calacatta Bettogli polished countertop, with the sills, built in shower bench and back splash all using the same material supplied by Boston Bluestone. Atlas Hardwares Elizabeth Collection in warm brass is the perfect hardware to complement the blue cabinetry in this vibrant bathroom remodel, along with the Kate & Laurel Minuette 24 x 36 mirror in gold and Mitzi Anya wall sconces in brass. The vanity space includes two Kohler Archer undermount sinks with Grohe Atrio collection faucets. The freestanding Victoria + Albert Trivento bathtub pairs with a Grohe Atrio floor mounted tub faucet. The tub area includes a custom designed archway and recessed shelves that make this a stunning focal point in the bathroom design. The custom alcove shower enclosure includes a built in bench, corner shelves, and accent tiled niche, along with Grohe standard and handheld showerheads. The tile selections from MSI are both a practical and stylish element of this design with Dymo Stripe White 12 x 24 glossy tile on the shower walls, Bianco Dolomite Pinwheel polished tile for the niche, and Georama Grigio polished tile for the shower floor. The bathroom floor is Bianco Dolomite 12 x 24 polished tile. Every element of this bathroom design works together to create a stunning, vibrant space.

This Australian-inspired new construction was a successful collaboration between homeowner, architect, designer and builder. The home features a Henrybuilt kitchen, butler's pantry, private home office, guest suite, master suite, entry foyer with concealed entrances to the powder bathroom and coat closet, hidden play loft, and full front and back landscaping with swimming pool and pool house/ADU.

This contemporary master bathroom has all the elements of a roman bath—it’s beautiful, serene and decadent. Double showers and a partially sunken Jacuzzi add to its’ functionality. The glass shower enclosure bridges the full height of the angled ceilings—120” h. The floor of the bathroom and shower are on the same plane which eliminates that pesky shower curb. This modern farmhouse located outside of Spokane, Washington, creates a prominent focal point among the landscape of rolling plains. The composition of the home is dominated by three steep gable rooflines linked together by a central spine. This unique design evokes a sense of expansion and contraction from one space to the next. Vertical cedar siding, poured concrete, and zinc gray metal elements clad the modern farmhouse, which, combined with a shop that has the aesthetic of a weathered barn, creates a sense of modernity that remains rooted to the surrounding environment. The Glo double pane A5 Series windows and doors were selected for the project because of their sleek, modern aesthetic and advanced thermal technology over traditional aluminum windows. High performance spacers, low iron glass, larger continuous thermal breaks, and multiple air seals allows the A5 Series to deliver high performance values and cost effective durability while remaining a sophisticated and stylish design choice. Strategically placed operable windows paired with large expanses of fixed picture windows provide natural ventilation and a visual connection to the outdoors.
