These faucets are in direct contrast to the highly-curved faucets that tend to capture my attention most. They're straight-edged and blunt. And their forceful water flow mirrors the shape of the handle and pipes. I'm not sure I like it personally but it definitely earns my respect as a different type

of light fixtures is as simple as it is great. I love the bright color - it adds so much punch to the understated black and wood. Plus, the smooth curves echo the chairs and provide a nice contrast to the sharper lines of the appliances.

While I love curve/angle contrasts, sometimes all angles is nice, too. This works because the house wraps around the pool, giving it a courtyard feel that's cozy enough to counteract all the hard angles.
