This tree is almost a piece of sculpture in the way it frames this cleanly-designed home. The home's boxiness plays off the wavy nature of the branches, and the entryway gets a nice arched botanical ceiling.

The architecture has been developed in conjunction with the mechanical systems and landscape design, each influencing the other to arrive at an integrated solution. Working from the historic façade, the design preserves the traditional formal parlors transitioning to an open plan at the central stairwell

Great design! How much space does the opening for the staircase take in the floor above?
I'm trying to figure out if I can change the design of the staircase in my home and/or move it to a new location in the house. Thanks!

Trying to update my home and I'm thinking this wood would be perfect!
This is a beautiful home and I am especially intrigued by the exterior. I am wondering how snow removable is handled in the winter months with no pitch to the roof.
It's a perfection itself! I would like to show your project on my seminar on Design&Decor, may I have a floor plan?
I like how the garage door blends into the house. I could see using narrow windows like that in a home library, to allow light in but not take too much space away from the bookcases/walls.
House, MinneapolisThe facade of this home is striking and clean. Two materials, two windows with parallel geometry and an opening that is obviously the entrance. What would you imagine the interior to be, based on this facade? The answer largely determines the home's authenticity.
