What type of pleat is on the draperies?
Love the drapery - what fabric is it and what is the trim on bottom?
I love how the draperies appear 'flesh' to the ceiling; very clean and modern. What type of hanging/track system was used? Are you able to provide the source for this track system?

What kind of window shades are behind the draperies? And how did you treat the draperies with the ducting... are the draperies gathered around the duct?

The shades and draperies were all custom, through Drapery Contractors (Baltimore based drapery house). They have a "bottom up, top down" function, which is great
stops short of the exterior wall by around 10", so there is one continuous panel of drapery actually running between the bedroom and the living room (if you look at her living room photo, you'll notice the draperies are the same....they're actually on one long continuous rod). I hope this helps to explain

I would like to convert my drapery panels from my apartment for use in my new home. The rod pocket panels are not wide enough to fit the new wider windows but I have enough to sew two
bathroom from tile removal. What's the least costly way to fix this? I was wondering if bead board would be best and least costly. How does bead board hold up in a bathroom? What about warping?
Have a 150 sq ft kitchen. Basically walk in back door and everything is on right and left. Sink dishwasher stove/oven on right and refrigerator on left with doorway into dining room. Any ideas?
I think it will probably hold up pretty well as it is. Keep an eye on it for a little while.
Thanks Mark. I used oil, low sheen. my only concern at this point is will the oil paint hold up okay or should I put another coat of something on it as added protection
