The sandblasted concrete slabs were all formed and poured in place. The form edge is critical in creating crisp, sharp edges on the slabs. Sorry for our delayed response - hope that helps

seat, you might just brush past the window on this stair landing without stopping for a moment to take it all in. And how wasteful would that be? Simple, clean and modern, this unobtrusive detail is soft enough to make you want to stay a while.
Gazing out on a pool might be a little sad in winter, but the rest of the view makes up for it.
Talk about destinations. Thank goodness for the window seat in this Northern California ridge home to keep us all from wanting to walk right through the glass.

the screw heads, and we have predrilled, used temporary screws, and placed the stainless screws after paint to give the detail of a stainless look...kind of depends on how busy/detailed you want the look. Regarding the seam treatment, 5 1/4 smooth hardi is placed in a grid layout on the tyvek/felt rainscreen
