“How did you construct the larger fascia?”
“door with a wood foil wrap. It was fabricated by a company called housewarmers, that as far as i know is now out of business. If you are looking for an exterior wood door with 4 lites, or 5 try BC Door. They make custom doors to any specification.”
“R-value. You cannot complete a house without meeting code. While roofs like this look flat from the street they are actually sloped towards the roof drains. This can either be achieved by creating a slope within the roof joists, or by creating slope with roofing insulation that is tapered.”

“The fascia is also a box gutter. It's made of galvanized metal with a paint grip finished. Known commonly as paint grip galvanized.”
