Idea for the front of our house out from sitting room
Up close we can see that it serves the dining room. A sliding glass wall nicely extends this space to the exterior.

it originally had a small single floor room (like the neighbour on the left of the pic) that didn't stretch across the entire rear of the property. In the UK it's common to knock through this L shape external area and further into the garden to create more room.
and a sliding door. I love the casual interior, especially the canvas-covered futon. The space itself is very modern, and using traditional casual furnishings makes it livable.

benefit from the repetition of windows, and, depending on the size of a room, one window may not be enough. The latter is certainly the case here, where a trio of skinny windows help frame anchor the seating area in the large living room.
