are building a new home, where as this was a remodeling project which included an addition and renovation of existing space. With all that said, in our market, it would not be hard to spend $50-100K on an a gym/court addition.

The glazing is from Marble Falls Glass and mirror, we simply used a butyl joint between the sections. Our "frameless glass" design was used on the chimney corners project as well.
This room could be the one opening to our little garden if we do a top floor??
