questions about this design. I know you put a strip of laminate under the top cabinets, but I don't think you used the high gloss white sheets from Ikea as those sheets are 1/2" thick. May I ask what you used? Also, did you use this same material on the sides of the cabinets? My uppers will not be against
cabinets. Note the Light Valance on the lower row of upper cabinets. You can also see the underside of the top row of cabinets treated with a high-gloss sheet of plastic laminate to match the cabinetry. This hides the seams between each of the cabinet frames. Hi Lindy - It is in fact a thin high-gloss white plastic 'laminate' sheet. I think you're confusing this with the IKEA 'cover' or 'side panel' which is the 1/2" thick panel you're referring to. For more information see my

take care of it for you. If you still want to proceed on your own, vinegar is definitely not the way to go. Home Depot or lowes carries sandpaper in sheets or for an orbital sander. It will be dusty but start at 120 grit and then finish with a 220 grit. Deep clean let dry then apply your penetrating stone

It might be the perspective of the photo, but the second oven in this kitchen looks extra wide, which is fantastic - that's one more cookie sheet to squeeze in.
