Can you please let me know more about the source of the light fixture above the mirror?

The wall sconce is Riga Wall Sconce model L00325. It was available on Y lighting (...), but I just checked and it is no longer available through them. You
similar look to pricier alternatives. Frosted glass provides privacy and light.
