Duncan Avenue Basement Renovation
any issues with sound upstairs/was anything done to deaden sound downstairs since the ceiling is exposed?
with more color and textures. I am thinking of buying a leather love seat with fold out foot rests and a comfy leather recliner to match. ( does anything like this exist?) I want a comfortable and lovely, easy to maintain environment for my husband and I and our company to relax in.
How high is the ceiling? Are the vents and ductwork covered or just painted? Cool look!
what kind of paint did you use, did you just spray it before you got into anything else? does the paint hold up to the hot metal air ducts?
you for that information. We are just starting a basement renovation in our 1920's cottage and using existing floor, too. It's great to know from seeing your project that it can turn out so beautiful, light and spacious!

Nice view, how about using it?
It's just shocking. Looks dangerous. Looks designed for an alien anatomy.

Can you tell me about the gutter system?
I just bought a midcentury modern home and need to update the gutters. I don't see any downpipes on this home but it looks as if there are
I am building a new home and can't seem to find anything I like.
Does anyone know how to locate this brick or a distributor?? I have googled and can't find anything on it.
great, what about the grey color? Siding. Ps I love your designs!
Choose quality materials. Finally, think about every aspect of your project with that first "r" — reduce — in mind. We're currently renovating a house in Philadelphia built in the 1700s. The floors
work for contractors like me). Of course, there will always be work building for a growing population and serving people's changing needs and tastes. I just hate tearing out a cheap floor that lasted only 10 years.

Love your orange bar. We are thinking about doing a gray pool room and having a citron green bar. Thoughts?
The panels are simply painted and they just hide the exposed floor structure above. The area above the gaps in the panels is painted black.
They look smooth surface.. was anything done to them prior to paint? Anything on the edges of the panels or just painted? What is above the panels? Exposed
This basement sis great for older kids! It has a pool table, bar, huge TV room and is probably anything you can ever ask for!

What is the floor plan on the house itself? it looks like some of the converted metal containers I've seen made into a vacation retreats. I'd love to know more about this bldg.
I have had in mind something very similar but without the poles holding it up more of a cantilever situation but my husband just doesn't get it, he wants it solid. Can you please tell me the width and length of the overhang. Also how far apart would the trellis beams be. Hope

Love the look of this vanity but haven't had a lot of luck finding anything I like nearly as much.
I would like to use a similar tub/shower application and need to know more about how this was done.
The nice thing about wet room edge drains is you don't need an over flow drain. just a bottom drain. It works best if the drain is on the low side of the room, but the base can be adjusted to drain the
