Diaper clutter. In a nursery, use wicker baskets to store all those diapers, baby wipes and ointments. Place it on or near the changing table.Stuffed-animal mayhem. Use a wicker basket to hold all those small stuffed animals in a nursery. The soft, lightweight material is perfect for the space.

few years down the line. For a bird theme, try using pale blue or robin's egg on the walls, and seek out nursery art and soft toys featuring birds, feathers, nests or eggs. For textiles, reference the theme in a subtle way with a mix of one or two solids, a stripe and a botanical or geometric print in
girl’s room. The sky-blue walls and pretty picture of the bluebird above the fireplace make sure that, even though there is no pink to be seen, this nursery is anything but boyish!
