Can you tell us what the plants are that are used in these tall planters?
Like the plants and planters against the wall
Green plants accent gray hard scape. Clean lines, modern
This classic, minimalist patio shows how little touches of plant detail can transform good into excellent. The box balls in the formal raised planter echo the rounded container plants on the table, linking both areas and unifying the design.
Complement Architecture With ContainersThis designer has used simply planted containers to strengthen the sharp lines of the clear overall design. Boxwood has been tightly clipped to create a strong outline against
both in material and size, but are similar to the fabric of the garden structure, so they don't dominate the scheme. The formal clipped plantings in the main containers are nicely echoed in the small planters on the table.

Questions6
These photographs were taken of the roof deck (May 2012) by our client and show the wonderful planting and how truly green it is up on a roof in the midst of industrial/commercial Chelsea. There are also a few photos of the clients' adorable cat Jenny within the space.
Wood slats also work well with climbing plants. This urban roof deck lets plants climb the fence as well as a canopy over the dining area. The mix of different types of plantings is well considered alongside the three-sided fencing in the intimate space.

the vases, and plants on the floor
This is really innovative: succulent plants growing in dish-like pots placed casually on the floor. The minimalistic bed and overall vibe of the room is enhanced by these plants. The key to get the look right is finding plants and containers large enough to look intentional.
