The other looks like yellow cornflower (Rudbeckia fulgida), or the perennial black-eyed Susan. They have that slightly orange color a the base of the flower turning to yellow at the tips, and that's the dead giveaway for this plant. That's just my guess, but I'm pretty sure that's right. Both of these
