like the clean, modern look of the baseboard and door trims. What stock size was used for this design?
Really like the glass instead of the banister. How much do you think that might cost? It looks great
Love the baseboard - is it squared off at the top or is it rounded or beveled? Thanks!
The door trim is 5/4x2 painted poplar The baseboard is 1x4 painted poplar
Sorry, I don't have a cost just for the guardrail. It is custom designed to work with this particular stair. It is 3/8 inch frameless, tempered glass fastened to the top of steel channel Below and the steel headed around
around the edge of opening. I recommend that you check with a glass fabricator/installer.
Do you know the height of the baseboard and ceiling? I'm guessing if it's being painted it any hard wood would do.

used for the flooring in this picture? Thank you.
What is the square footage of this home? I love the stair case but I'm not sure if my home will be big enough to house it. We are building 4000 sq ft.
what is the width and length?
below the stringers. The curved glass panels are probably sitting down in a channel routed on the top cap. This looks like a very well constructed curved stair done by someone who knows stairs. Without really knowing more details if our company were to build that stair, I would guess that the stair body
be in the 13-16k range. Until many more details are known it is very difficult to pin down an exact cost. The curved glass panels are going to be a huge cost as well. Depending on your style of house, you could easily have a curved stair of some type in a 4000sf home and it not be out of proportion.

A one-story home is a common choice for homeowners over age 60, but a second-story view of her property was essential to Hoffmann. She plans to stay at her new sanctuary, so an elevator designed by Symmetry Elevators was a practical design solution.

Toronto. The owners asked for a radical transformation that would leave them, and visitors, in awe from the moment they stepped inside. Their mandate: modern, white, a bit of whimsy, and lots of storage.
