Hi - what type of rods did you use for the window treatments. The projection off the wall looks longer than what is on most rods. Thanks and this is a great looking room.
How do we decide the length of window treatments on long windows?
Our five windows in the living room are 63" long and 35" wide
Yes, the window treatments (including the upholstered cornice boards) were custom made using cream cotton/linen and grey cotton/silk fabrics to create the vertical "stripe".
style of window treatment, too. Those are called "Solar Roman Shade". They cost quite expensive. The cheapest store I found is on Steve's Blinds & Wallpaper. http://www.stevesblindsandwallpaper.com/Blinds/Collection_List.aspx?mfgId=6&prodId=78&styleId=474&shopby=Brand
headboard, window cornices, and pillows as well as the ghost chair are a few of the details that pull the whole design together.
