The exterior house color and trim is Benjamin Moore White Chocolate. The trim is in semi-gloss and the house is flat finish to create some contrast. Also, the window trim is a two step trim with the inside portion next to the window painted in
house and trim is White Chocolate OC-127 by Benjamin Moore. There is a think line of black paint around the windows to set them off in Benjamin Moore Black.
