Do wooden blinds need to match the trim around the window?
wooden blinds are dated? and should all the blinds in the house be of the same type...ie all shades or all wooden blinds etc. Can you have say wooden blinds in one room and pleated shades in another? Anyone?
wooden blinds are dated in my opinion. You are not required to have the same shade in all windows. Try to keep same shades to same room i.e. Living room will have the same shade but kitchen can have something different. they are different rooms and require different detail and living.
May be a possible treatment for the kitchen/eat in area. With some sort of blind.
cover any blinds or shades you may want to add underneath. You do not need to spend a lot on the blind or shade underneath your valance, because it won't show when not in use.
hide any blinds or shades. This palette is a great choice for a small space as it keeps the look bright and open.
