We never planted it, blew in and is invasive and impossible to get rid of. We couldn't pay anybody to remove so we did it ourselves destroying our yard in the process. No one could go out barefoot since shoots are continuos.

I believe that's an Echeveria. This photo looks a whole lot like Lotusland, and if so that plant has been growing in that 16th century baptismal fount for quite a while. The leaves are coated in a glaucous like film that gives them a chalky/soft appearance until its touched!
