An herb garden. Maybe containers instead of in the ground like this.
Like the idea of a herb garden and the bricks interspersed
4. Herbs. Another option is to turn your planting space into an herb garden. Go formal, such as with a classic herb wheel like the one seen here, or fill in with a free-form design or large containers. Most herbs are quick-growing annuals that love the sun and heat. They’re also generally drought tolerant

Herb spiral gardens like this are suitable for compact spaces and as a feature garden. This clever vertical garden design is a highly productive, energy efficient way to grow food; can be made with a wide variety of materials; and maximises growing space. What are the dimensions of the boxes? Are they "square foot gardening" standard? What are they made from?
Need ideas for a decking area
I just want to know what covers the ground, it looks like sand or gravel. Wouldn't it hurt to kneel down on gravel while gardening? Thank you for your time, I appreciate any reply.

productive garden. Can you get that swiss chard for me now?
If you have the space, raised garden beds are another type of container garden that can bypass the irritating poor-soil problem that plagues many novice gardeners. Building
of using materials that will either rot or seep into the soil. Check with your local garden center or a garden designer for the best materials for your site. I love the classic four-square grid for a vegetable garden. No matter the size of your yard, this design can work — just scale it to fit.

How did you make this?? It's beautiful and would love to mimic the hanging pot idea off of my porch railing. What size pots are these and how did you hang them? I've never seen a hanger like this and have my fingers crossed that it's not a custom job!
Cool idea in door or out
Vertical herbs -- great way to save room for the regular veggies.

s home garden. Old CD shelves hold pots of herbs and other plantings.
Plant herbs. Add herbs to your garden by popping in transplants of Mexican mint marigold, oregano, rosemary, sage, artemisia and all types of mint. Most herbs prefer full sun and well-drained soil. Mediterranean herbs in particular
If your recipe calls for dried herbs, you can replace them with fresh at a substitution ratio of 3:1. For example, if a recipe calls for 1 teaspoon of dried parsley, substitute 3 teaspoons
