Screened porch
the inside view of the new screened porch addition. What a fabulous space! Stunning fireplace and cathedral wood ceilings make it warm and homey. The window system allows it to be closed up to retain the heat from the fireplace, or opened up on summer days to capture the breeze. A perfect space to enjoy

The simple black iron setting (windows upstairs)
I love the small windows at top with wrought iron covers. Also - great fireplace for backyard on west side to create privacy. Could use existing brick oven and work in this look/feel.

Spanish Bungalow
What are the 2 trees flanking the front window? Are they naturally that columnar and narrow or are they trimmed?
House color, tall fountain, curved window.
Use of conifers to frame window
fountain side yard outside of living room window
italian cypress on sides of window
I love, love love, the two Cypress trees (not sure if they are) on both sides of the window. I know these trees do not grow in our Michigan environment but is there anything similar we could use?
front gate at this home, you are greeted by a tall column-shaped fountain in a front flagstone courtyard. It appears to be centered with the arched window and is balanced with Italian cypress.
to be the single bold accent. The water column is more contemporary than traditional, but it's a good balance to the cypress on either side of the window and provides a sense of privacy in this front yard (a sense that is reinforced by the low wall that surrounds the entire space).
