what is the finish on the concrete table? stain? lacquer? colored concrete?
Is an acid wash done on the concrete to achieve the sand finish

Hello Debora, I love your work and studied most of your projects. 2 questions what distance do you use between sanded concrete slabs
This sand finished uncolored concrete (regular gray) was finished using Topcast #3, which is applied to the concrete when it is wet, then washed off the next day to reveal the sand in the concrete.
The structure of this outdoor kitchen is concrete block finished with a custom colored smooth

The southwest-facing terrace provides the homeowners with an open yet private spot for relaxing and entertaining. The brickwork and the pigment-dyed concrete floors on the terrace create a seamless transition into the interior of the house. The homeowners chose a vintage Russell Woodard design for the terrace

beautiful! How high is the seating wall and did you lay concrete block first and then tie the stone in? Or is the wall all stone?
what color and finish did you use on the concrete patio?
The seat wall is about 18" tall. Reinforced concrete block or concrete is faced with the Napa Basalt stone and capped with pre-cast concrete caps.

the patio’s place.Typical project length: One day.Permit required: None for the project, although some municipalities require a permit for dumping concrete, so call ahead.Project considerations: While your contractor will check with utility companies to make sure there aren’t any gas lines lurking beneath
rebar or an unexpected gas line, the project may be slightly delayed or cost more. Your contractor will also likely use a jackhammer to remove the concrete, so it might be a good idea to plan to be gone for the day so you aren’t disturbed by the noise. Give your neighbors due consideration as well.
