Many factors can influence the cost of a pool, such as ease of access for large digging equipment, availability of sufficient gas and
area in which you are building. In today's economy, I would estimate that this pool would cost 10-15% more. But keep in mind that this pool was built in the San Francisco Bay Area, known for being one of the highest cost of construction areas in the nation.
