What material is being used beyond the coping?
great eye. The material is the same, Dassp bamboo decking. The material on the floor has groves, the face material is a flat board. At the time we designed and built this deck the only type of deck floor material was the grooved type, they now offer a smooth, flat board for flooring.
The exterior decking system is a bamboo material by Dasso Flooring

The flooring opposite the deck is poured in place custom concrete. Thx for your question!
The wood flooring is called Epi, which is a Brazilian hardwood. It is very hard to work with because it is such an extremely hard wood. If it is installed too close to soil or moisture it will "cup" and loose
