everything you are seeing are not only homes we've built, but also homes we've designed. We work very closely with each client to arrive at a plan that meets their needs, taste, and budget. As such, we do not send out floor plans upon completion of the home as the plans are ours, but also our client’s.

Hi - gorgeous home - what material did you use to cover the flat roof
Hi- this home is calling me. Can I buy the plans?
you like the house. However, the house was for a specific client who paid for design services. The floor plan is not for sale and I will not post the floor plan. The clients paid for a custom home and it would not be ethical to readily allow others access to their project. I hope you understand.
Does the design require approval from a local architectural review board or neighborhood committee? 3.Does the site require septic, if so does a septic plan need to be designed? 4.Which of the following may affect the site based on its location- Snow loads, Energy consumption codes, Seismic requirements
