Love the tile. What is it please? I'll put this on my porch if I can find it!
hardy board/bead board colors. Proves to Michael that two dark colors can coexist harmoniously. :))

Is there a rule of thumb when it comes to barn lights and the height at which they should be hung? I'd like to update my deck and love this look. However I think if I replace with my existing these barn lights it might be too low.
This is my kind of porch.
Goosenecks also work great in pairs, trios or an even larger group. This line of crisp black lights coordinates with the black trim, white board-and-batten siding and farmhouse porch feel.

My builder is pushing PVC for its "no maintenance" quality, which is certainly appealing. I'm trying to figure out how "plastic" my space will look/feel. Thanks.
specializing in the use of PVC trim boards. The first caution I have is to think about PVC as low maintenance not no maintenance. It should be painted like wood, however the paint will hold up considerably better over time. Installing factory finished PVC trim boards can lead to "plastic" look and buying
in their formula and they sound hollow and plastic when you knock on them). A good brand should have a density similar to the traditional wood trim boards and when it's painted you shouldn't be able to tell the difference.

How wide are these screened sections? I am being told the screening will sag if I go wider than about 4 feet sections on my porch. Many thanks in advance!
