The master suite had two separate spaces that were combined to create one large master bedroom/sitting area. The existing master bathroom only needed an updated vanity, top, faucets and mirror to give it a fresh look. A similar approach was taken in the remaining bathrooms.

A simple, oak mantle paired with beautiful tile work gave this living room a more formal aesthetic.

In a home that already has a distinct style, it’s best to work with that style instead of making updates that look like they don’t belong. “For this home renovation, the homeowners wanted the original, wearing stucco replaced with a yellow stucco,” says Vince. "It was a great choice for a Spanish style home exterior color, and really added to the home's heritage."
