this looked like white pine needles! I would love to do this to a garden path in Montana. Would it have any effect on the natural landscape to use something like this? How long would this last, and is it quite slippery? My path has a slight grade down, and I know pine needles can be sleek. Do they

I'd like to know what is the process for making this...I'm sure you didn't just dump an inch of gravel down on the grass. We will soon be purchasing a wooded lot and I would love to make a path that doesn't need constant upkeep.
This is absolutely gorgeous. I would love to build this complete with the path and the grass. What type of carex and what type of wood? Thanks so much.
