Each table top is made of solid wood which expands and contracts when temperature and humidity vary. It's important to maintain the natural elegance of the wood by controlling the temperature of the room and natural light coming into your home.

We recommend only using cleaning products that are designed for the finish applied to your particular type of wood. When in doubt, a soft cloth moistened with water and a drop of dish detergent will adequately clean most wooden surfaces. To regularly clean a frequently used wooden surface such as a dining table, a mixture of 1 tablespoon distilled white vinegar to 1 cup of water will help remove normal daily residue.

The "Bauhinia" is crafted from a retired wine barrel. After years of producing quality wines, these barrels are reclaimed and transformed into these fun tables.
These barrels are dried for up to 1 year, then kiln fired and taken apart by hand. Each piece is sanded and sealed with 3 coats of a clear UV sealer to preserve your beautiful art for generations to come.
Beautiful and elegant, it highlights the dark red wine color and the graceful curve of the barrel itself. Very "light" piece visually but incredibly sturdy to survive a lifetime of abuse. After all, it's solid oak and steel.
