Which type of metal was used for the roof and what process was used to get the patina coloring?
I believe the sheet roofing material is copper. the brown is the first stage of natural patina followed by a green. think statue of liberty, as she is a copper clad structure.

This is a very old home in Essex Fells NJ so I wouldn't know who was the architect. My clients bought it as a summer home and lived in it a very short time. I helped them stage the pool house, gardens and master suite.
